Call for Applications: DST-Lockheed Martin-Tata Trusts India Innovation Growth Programme (IIGP) 2.0

We are happy to share that the 2018 Edition of the India Innovation Growth Programme (IIGP) 2.0 was launched on 21st March 2018 at the Rashtrapati Bhawan during the Festival of Innovation, in the presence of the Honble President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind.
A unique tripartite initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India, Lockheed Martin and Tata Trusts, IIGP 2.0 identifies and supports compelling S&T based innovations through the stages of Ideation and Innovation. IIGP 2.0 is complemented by several implementation partners; FICCI, IUSSTF, CIIE at IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay and Tata Center for Technology and Design at MIT.
Launched in 2007, IIGP has contributed to the Indian innovation ecosystem through mentoring and handholding assistance to over 400 innovators, generated over 350 commercial agreements and over $900 Million in economic value for India.
IIGP 2.0 supports industrial and social innovations through 2 annual parallel challenges:

- Open Innovation Challenge
