We are a technology business incubator based in Goa and Mumbai supporting innovative start-up companies by providing services such as mentoring support, networking opportunities, office space and seed fund.

CIBA is an incubation centre in goa which helps entrepreneurship in goa turn ideas into viable business.

CIBA does not serve any and all companies. Entrepreneurs who wish to enter a CIBA's business incubation program must apply for admission. Acceptance criteria varies from start-up to start-up, but in general only those with feasible business ideas and a workable business plan are admitted. Recommendation Letter

Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA) is one of the incubators authorised by the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Govt. of India, to "Recommend" a start-up for availing the benefits under Start-up India Action Plan.

Seed Funding

Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA) is hosting a seed fund under the scheme "Seed Support System for Start-ups in Incubators" of the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology. The Seed Support is for incubatees (physical resident units within TBI). The funds are meant for early stage funding for indigenous ideas and technologies requiring up-scaling and related work.

Terms for seed funding:

Investment mode: Equity ownership in a private limited company
Equity stake for seed fund: Up to 20%
Investment amount: Rs 2 lakh - 25 lakh
BoD representation: 1 BoD seat/1 Board observer seat
Reporting: Bi-annual presentation to seed committee + Quarterly/annual financials
